EAGO Prides itself as a world class manufacturer of Quality Bathroom products. Eago Canada warranties products they sell in Canada as follows:

EAGO Canada Bathroom products installed in residential settings are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for up to Three years to the original consumer purchaser from the date of purchase for the following components.

EAGO Canada will, at its election, repair, replace or make appropriate adjustment where EAGO Canada inspection discloses any such defects occurring in normal usage within 3 years of purchase.

• Keypads, Computers and all other Electrical Components. 3yrs
• Steam Generators, Bathtub Heaters 3yrs
• Faucets – Valve Cartridges, Massage Jets and shower heads 3yrs
• Whirlpool pump motors 3yrs
• Glass panels and Doors as well as product accessories are not covered under this warranty.

All products must be installed and operated in accordance with the manufacturers recommended procedures and guidelines, improper use, installation or Tampering with product could void this warranty.

Damage caused by accident, misuse or abuse is not covered by this warranty. EAGO Canada is not responsible for labour charges, removal charges, installation, or other incidental or consequential costs. In no event shall the liability of EAGO Canada Exceed the purchase price of the product. Proof of purchase (original sales receipt) must be provided to EAGO Canada with all warranty claims.

1. 1. • EAGO Canada Ltd. offers limited warranty of up to 36 months from date of purchase for all shower & bath products supplied by EAGO (including steam shower room, whirlpool Bathtubs, shower cabin, Shower Panels, bathroom cabinet, sauna room with steam shower, outdoor spa, etc.).

1. 1. • EAGO Canada Ltd. offers limited warranty of 12 months from date of purchase for the flushing mechanism of toilets. 12 months of limited warranty is offered for toilet seats.

1. 1. • In case there is any quality problem with the product or any damage of the product due to quality problems, the customer is requested to provide EAGO Canada Ltd. with necessary information (including product manufacturing serial number, relevant photos, Copy of original invoice etc.). If the complaint is confirmed to be effective by EAGO Canada Ltd. , EAGO Canada Ltd. will supply the replacement for free but shipping charges will apply for shipping parts to end user. If the product is damaged due to incorrect installation or usage of the product, EAGO Canada Ltd. will charge for the replacement parts and shipping.

1. 1. • All Warranties covered is for parts only and does not cover any labour or service work required to service or repair any product.

NOTE : EAGO CANADA Ltd. is an independent agent and importer for EAGO Bathroom products and in no way represents  the Factory EAGO international or any other EAGO distributor. 

We only deal with the warranty and after service of products purchased thru EAGO Canada Ltd. Dealer network.  If product was purchased thru other dealers not connected with EAGO Canada Ltd.  We reserve the right to charge for after service Parts and technical support.
